1 Introduction Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is common in people with cystic fibrosis (PwCF), with the majority of adults with CF presenting with radiologic sinus inflammation and sinonasal symptoms [1, 2]. Olfactory dysfunction (OD) is a cardinal symptom of CRS, a commonly reported sequela of sinus disease, and up to 90% of adults with CF may have OD [3, 4].
