CelSian will host an introductory training course on bubble and seed defects in glass production on 24 - 25 June 2025. Bubbles, blisters, and seeds are among the most common and costly defects in glass production - yet they remain some of the most difficult to fully understand and resolve. The course is designed to give participants the tools and insight they need to identify, understand, and reduce these quality issues. The training will take place over two half-days, from 14:00 to 18:00 (CET).

In an industry-wide survey, British Glass found that 43% of UK brands and retailers are considering moving away from glass. British Glass has released findings that challenge the UK Government’s stance on its proposed packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR) reforms.
