Talented Scottish musician Pol Nicholson will take the stage with Andy Bell at Blue Door for Crowded In the House this week. The show is a captivating and gleeful celebration of Kiwi icons Crowded House. Nicholson is a passionate musician and was first discovered busking on Queenstown streets by Margaret O’Hanlon, organiser of the Blue Door series. He completed his musical degree in Edinburgh and is proficient on the guitar, mandolin, bass, drums and the occasional keyboard.

Light-up giant sculptures, luminous flora and fauna, and interactive installations are heading to Kiwi Park for the winter. From Friday, LUMA Enchanted will take over in the evenings, offering a family-friendly night-walk adventure, exploring a mystical forest inhabited by immersive light installations. Screentime New Zealand and Remarkables Studios jumped on board with the event this year, after LUMA had considered taking a break.
