WEST CHESTER, Pa. (CBS Philadelphia) — A man arrested near a "No Kings" protest in West Chester, Pennsylvania, on Saturday was allegedly carrying a concealed handgun, a bayonet knife, a pocket knife, pepper spray, a ski mask, gloves and several ammunition magazines, according to court documents. Kevin Krebs, 31, of Malvern, was charged with carrying a firearm without a license.

A man was convicted of first-degree murder in the deadly slaying and dismembering of 27-year-old Dominique Rem'mie Fells, a transgender woman in Philadelphia, back in 2020, the district attorney's office announced Monday. Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner said Akhenaton Jones was also convicted of abuse of a corpse and possession of an instrument of crime by a jury on June 9, in connection with Fells' killing.

A 97-year-old woman had to be airlifted to the hospital after a car crashed into a Dollar Tree and struck her in Milford, Delaware, Saturday afternoon. According to Milford police, a gold Hyundai Elantra was driving in the Cypress Hall Shopping Center, right off South DuPont Boulevard, when it crashed into the Dollar Tree just before 3:30 p.m. The car hit a 97-year-old woman who was inside shopping before coming to a stop at the back of the store, police said.

It was an action-packed afternoon at a South Jersey Kohl's after a driver accidentally reversed into the department store on Sunday. Washington Township police said a male driver accidentally backed into the front entrance of the Kohl's store, located on Route 42 in Turnersville, New Jersey, at around 1:15 p.m.Fortunately, neither the driver nor any other shoppers or Kohl's workers were injured, police said.
