1 Introduction All-inorganic lead halide perovskite as an emerging material has been successfully applied on the solar cell, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), and photodetectors.[1] For example, the authentication efficiency of CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cell has reached 11.08%, and the external quantum efficiency of all-inorganic perovskite green LEDs has surpassed 16%, in the past few years.[2] However, it is well known that solution-processed perovskite film would generate many defects.
