1. IntroductionCervical cancer ranks among the most prevalent malignant neoplasms affecting women. The global incidence and mortality rates of cervical cancer are experiencing a significant increase, posing a substantial threat to women’s health. Despite advancements in current therapeutic modalities for cervical cancer, such as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy, the propensity for recurrence and metastasis in advanced stages of the disease continues to yield suboptimal treatment outcomes.
