Having a will is, of course, a good idea. Having occasionally been frightened by speeding rented electric scooters being driven on the sidewalks of Colorado Springs, I found a recent decision by the Colorado Court of Appeals of interest. The case is Josanna Harrington v. Neutron Holdings Inc. doing business as Lime. Harrington, while on a bicycle ride in Denver and in a bike lane, was struck by a Lime scooter being driven in the wrong direction. The scooter had been rented from defendant Neutron Holdings.

PHILADELPHIA – In the roughly four months that the patient was receiving life-saving treatment at Shriners Children’s Philadelphia, she made quite an impression on the hospital’s staff and her fellow patients that she had grown close with. The patient, her mother, and four other individuals were on board the medical transport plane that tragically crashed in Northeast Philadelphia Friday evening. The girl was on her way back to Mexico, her home country.
