TROY - The Capital Region Flower and Garden Expo is back. The expo, which features more than 190 flower and garden-themed exhibits as well as an indoor farmers market and wine tastings, opened on Friday and continues through Sunday. The event has a packed event schedule this year, with more than 50 hours of lectures and demonstrations planned throughout the weekend at the McDonough Sports Complex at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy.
