The stories they told were horrifying yet inspiring. Eleven Ukrainian soldiers came to Cannon Falls in February to talk about the war in their country that left them without limbs. The soldiers were in Minnesota to be fitted with prosthetics for limbs they lost fighting for their country. Just weeks ago, most were confined to wheelchairs. That day, they strode into the First English Lutheran Church sporting new legs and arms.
