On Saturday’s Wrestling Observer Live, Jim Valley provides a very timely and newsworthy show. There’s been a lot of talk in the news about tariffs and their potential affect on the price and availability of toys. So, how could that affect pro wrestling action figures? Kevin Kleinrock from Masked Republic, along with his partners, have licensed and sold wrestling figures for years. On today’s show, we talk about the challenges that could affect buying habits, inventory and the companies themselves.

The following are spoilers for future Ring of Honor TV programming. Three matches were taped for ROH prior to Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite event in Detroit, Michigan at the Masonic Temple Theatre. AEW will return to the same venue for tomorrow night’s live AEW Collision episode. It’s Saturday and that means Wrestling Observer Live. The WWE SmackDown hot streak ends at one as after an exciting show with a classic main event last week, Friday’s show was back to the mundane. In other Friday news, House of Torture was booted from Bullet Club, more on Friday’s WWE releases, TNA TV taping result, and a preview of tonight’s AEW Collision on TBS including another great Harley Cameron promo.

It’s Saturday and time for Wrestling Observer Live. Friday saw an awesome TLC match on WWE SmackDown, some awesomely bad punches by Naomi to Jade Cargill, and John Cena going from disgruntled wrestler to the anti-Heath Slater. He’s tired of raising your kids. TNA World Champion Joe Hendry may have disappointed some of his fans by losing to Randy Orton at WrestleMania, but It probably won’t matter as long as he impressed the right audience.

There is so much to cover today on the pre-WrestleMania 41 edition of Wrestling Observer Live. From Friday’s SmackDown, Rey Mysterio was apparently injured during a trios match so how will it affect his match Saturday with El Grande Americano? Cody Rhodes left John Cena laying but, other than that, it was kind of an uninspired, by-the-numbers Smackdown go home show for WrestleMania. I discuss that and more.
