AbstractWang et al. in Nature Cancer report ZYS-1 as an ADAR1 inhibitor and present biochemical and cellular evidence to support ZYS-1's direct interaction with and inhibition of ADAR1, including enzymatic assays, surface plasmon resonance (SPR), drug affinity responsive target stability (DARTS), and cellular thermal shift assays (CETSA). We raise critical methodological concerns regarding the validation of ZYS-1 as a bona fide ADAR1 inhibitor.

Consequently, there is active material exchange between the northern South China Sea and the northwestern Pacific Ocean. 7. Application of Dynamic Accident Network Model on Case StudiesIn the case study, an accident occurrence prediction was conducted for a dry cargo vessel planned to transit the Istanbul Strait. The Istanbul Strait consists of three sectors from south to north: Sector Kadikoy, Sector Kandilli, and Sector Turkeli (Figure 10). Vessels aiming to transit from the Sea of Marmara to the Black Sea complete their passage through these three sectors.
