AbstractStereocontrolled construction of tetrasubstituted olefins has been an attractive issue yet remains challenging for synthetic chemists. In this manuscript, alkynyl selenides, when treated with ArBCl2, are subject to an exclusive 1,1-carboboration, affording tetrasubstituted alkenes with excellent levels of E-selectivity. Detailed mechanistic studies, supported by DFT calculations, elucidates the role of selenium in this 1,1-addition process.

AbstractAugmented Reality (AR) enables an immersive understanding of industrial operating behavior in a mixed environment of reality and virtual. Hence, an AR-guided navigation system for industrial wiring is proposed. The objective is to establish an interactive learning platform for the digital transmission of wiring skills to improve efficiency and quality. Firstly, the mapping relationship from virtual to real is constructed, and a reasonable spatial error threshold is set to reduce the error.

AbstractSelective defluorinative functionalization of trifluoromethyl group (–CF3) is an attractive synthetic route to the pharmaceutically privileged fluorine-containing moiety. Herein, we report a strategy based on photoexcited copper catalysis to activate the C–F bond of di- or trifluoromethylated arenes for divergent radical C–N coupling with carbazoles and aromatic amines. The use of different ligands can tune the reaction products diversity.
