Baicalein inhibits LEP secretion to downregulate PD-L1 expression and enhance T-cell killing effects Our previous study showed that the IC50 values for baicalein for MDA-MB-231 at 24, 48, and 72 h were 79.12/50.10/34.77 μM and for MCF-7 at 24, 48, and 72 h were 49.76/43.73/39.44 μM, respectively.17 To exclude the obvious cytotoxic effect of baicalein on cancer cells, a concentration ≤40 μM was adopted to verify PD-L1 regulation of baicalein in a tumor microenvironment.

Abstract CircRNAs are considered as one of the potential therapeutic targets of multiple cancers. According to accumulating evidence, circRNA regulates cancer progression by acting as a miRNA sponge. In the current work, our data discovered that hsa_circ_0087856 and CITED2 expression was increased, while miR-1184 expression was decreased in BC cell lines and tissues. Hsa_circ_0087856 expression negatively correlated with miR-1184, whereas positively correlated with CITED2.
