1. IntroductionMoving bottlenecks represent dynamic disruptions in traffic flow, frequently resulting from vehicle collisions, slow-moving vehicles, abrupt changes in traffic demand, or emergency situations [1]. Vehicle collisions, particularly multi-vehicle accidents or incidents involving damaged vehicles that obstruct the roadway, directly impede traffic and generate shockwaves affecting trailing vehicles.
