1. IntroductionWith global climate change, the extent, thickness, and concentration of ice have generally decreased. In polar environments, level ice breaks down into floating brash ice, which takes on various shapes under the combined action of wind, waves, and currents. There are increasingly more brash ice areas in polar regions. Therefore, studying the load characteristics of ships in brash ice channels is crucial for guiding ship design in polar ice regions.

To address the vulnerability of all-fiber optical current transformer (FOCT) transmission lines to external vibrations and temperature variations, this study introduces a differential high stability current transformer (SFOCT). This system was subject to simulation, analysis, and practical evaluation on a custom experimental platform designed for vibration and temperature cycling tests.

2.2. Datasets and Preprocessing 2.2.1. NDVI DataThe NDVI dataset (http://www.geodata.cn, accessed on 20 April 2024) offers monthly NDVI data for China at an 8 km spatial resolution from 1982 to 2022. This dataset, which was derived from AVHRR GIMMS3G+ NDVI semimonthly data, consists of 492 TIF files representing monthly maximum NDVI composites from January 1982 to December 2022. For this study, we utilized NDVI sequence data from 1982 to 2020.
