It's been a cruel, cruel spring for the city of Longview's only outdoor public pickleball courts. The six pickleball courts at Guthrie Park have been vandalized twice since April 25. The courts have been stained with epoxy and yellow paint. On one of the courts, someone appears to have used some kind of tool to bust or chisel a chunk out of the court's concrete. "That was a big mess," said Dustin Eberhart, president of the city's pickleball club. It happened right before the club's annual tournament.
