1. IntroductionStress is prevalent in academic settings, with nearly 20% of students experiencing severe stress, particularly during high-stakes assessments [1]. It impairs cognitive functions, including attention, memory, and problem-solving, leading to lower academic performance [2,3]. Chronic stress is also linked to anxiety, reduced self-efficacy, and disengagement from learning, potentially resulting in burnout and long-term academic decline.
