In all, more than 50,000 Ukrainian soldiers have already been trained as part of the multinational Operation Interflex, including under the guidance of instructors from Estonia. On Monday, the former head of the European Central Bank Mario Draghi published a report saying the European Union must significantly increase its investments to keep pace with the U.S. and China.
