These results are based on partial, unofficial tallies as of 11:51 am on Wednesday, May 14, based on 97.36% precincts reporting, sourced from the Commission on Elections (Comelec) Media Server. We cannot be certain at this point that a warrant will be issued. But then again, Senator Dela Rosa is the chief architect of the drug war and the TokHang campaign was his brainchild.
