Smoke from Canadian wildfires is forecast to move from north to south across Minnesota on Friday, and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency says the air quality could be " severely degraded" for a stretch of time. The smoke from fires in Manitoba is traveling along a cold front that will push into northwest Minnesota Friday morning and work its way southeast through the day. "This will be a quick burst of smoke, as the smoke band is narrow," says the PCA.
