The hugely controversial Jason Corbett murder case is to get the Netflix True Crime treatment with a major documentary about the death of the Co Limerick man coming to our screens shortly. The international streaming giant has confirmed details of the documentary on the 2015 killing of the Limerick man in United States, which has remained mired in conflict between his Irish family, the police investigators and his wife Molly Martens and her father Tom.

The message from the Met service this morning is to make the most of the fine, dry and sunny weather for the next few hours - as conditions are set to change dramatically later. It will be a wet and stormy night and start to Good Friday with a Status Yellow rain warning coming into effect for the south west from 11pm tonight - and lasting until midday tomorrow. Rain will be prolonged and heavy at times. There is also the possibility of localised flooding.

As the search continues for the Kerry sheep farmer who disappeared on March 20th - Virgin Media are going to screen a half-hour documentary on the case tomorrow (Thursday) night. Southern correspondent Zara King and the news team have been working day on night on "The Search For Michael Gaine," which will screen tomorrow night on Virgin Media Play and Virgin Media One from 8.30pm.

A suspect arrested in connection with the violent death of a man in Youghal, Co Cork on Monday night will be brought before a court later this morning, Gardai have confirmed. The man in his 20s has been formally charged and is due to be brought before Midleton District Court this morning sometime after 10.30am.
