McGill University has obtained a 10-day provisional injunction against Students for Palestinian Honour and Resistance (SPHR) to protect its academic activities, university president and vice-chancellor Deep Saini announced April 15. In his judgement, Quebec Superior Court Justice David Collier noted "McGill has a clear right to an order that allows it to carry out its academic activities without obstruction" and that McGill is entitled to protect its property.
