The study, published in the medical journal JAMA Pediatrics last week, analyzes trends in state firearm policies and kids’ deaths since 2010, after the landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision in McDonald v. City of Chicago.

This is the second year that Arkadelphia leagues have participated with the DYB organization after stints with the Little League and Cal Ripken youth baseball organizations.

Clark County’s unemployment rate for April 2025, not seasonally adjusted, is at 3.5%, according to a preliminary county-by-county report released by the Arkansas Division of Workforce Services. According to the report, Clark County had a labor force of 9,738 persons with 9,395 employed and 343 unemployed. The unemployment rate fell seven-tenths of a percentage point from 4.2% reported in March. In that month the labor force grew by 230 from 9,508 persons.
