Dr. Seung Duk Lee, interim surgical director of liver transplant, performed the nation’s first fully robotic living donor liver transplant. “The living donor transplantation is very difficult, challenging operation. During the recipient surgery, the robot shows just how far such technology and techniques advanced,” Dr. Lee said.

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - After a pollen-filled week, Monday brought rain showers, flushing that pesky yellow dust down the drain. But Dr. Zeeshan Khakwani, an allergist with Pulmonary Associates of Richmond, said you should keep those allergy meds handy. “It’s going to come right back. So, it’s going to help dampen down some levels in the air, it will wash out some of it. But again, as the rain dries away, trees are still going to pollinate,” he said.
