TAMPA — Roughly 28 hours after its second surreal rally in six weeks, the USF softball team (43-14-1) learned it will travel to Tallahassee for its first NCAA tournament appearance since 2022. The Bulls will open the site’s four-team regional against Auburn Friday at noon, with the game set to be broadcast on ESPNU. Host FSU (46-9), the tournament’s No. 5 overall seed, faces Robert Morris at 2:30 on the ACC Network.
