We discussed Mark’s approach to coaching as the U.S. Sailing 49er Class Squad Coach. Over the past seven years, Mark has molded a tight-knit team that has helped bring the United States back to the upper levels of 49er success, reminiscent of the strong performances the U.S. Team saw back in 2000.
