According to the NASCAR rules, Austin Hill was awarded the pole position with Justin Allgaier joining him on the front row. With the field held to 38 cars, CJ McLaughlin and Dawson Cram failed to make the field.

The rulebook wound up setting the starting lineup for the race with Tyler Ankrum and Daniel Hemric on the front row, followed by Jake Garcia, Corey Heim, Grant Enfinger and Kaden Honeycutt in the front three rows for Friday evening’s race.
