Joey Logano won the Wurth 400 at the Texas Motor Speedway on Sunday afternoon in Fort Worth, Texas. The win is the first of the season for the multi-time Cup Series Champion.
Carson Hocevar started on the pole for the first time in his NASCAR career. He led the first 21 laps, cruising until the first caution. At that point, differing strategies came into play.

TALLADEGA, AL – RIS -In a surprise event, Zane Smith was fastest in qualifying for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup race at Talladega Superspeedway. Fords were hooked up on this afternoon. Smith’s Ford Mustang Dark Horse beat out Kyle Busch and his Chevy for the pole. Team Penske and the Wood Brothers put all four cars into the top-10 today in qualifying. Of course, those drivers that qualified middle of the pack could have the setup in the race that makes the most speed in the draft.

In a Very Close-intense qualifying session at Rockingham Speedway, Connor Zilisch from JR Motorsports blazed his way to claim the pole position for the highly anticipated North Carolina Education Lottery 250. Zilisch showcased his exceptional skills by clocking a remarkable lap time of 22.63 seconds at an impressive speed of 149.536 mph, marking his third pole position this season and his fourth in just 14 NASCAR Xfinity Series races.

MARTINSVILLE, VA – Denny Hamlin dominated the NASCAR Cup Series at Martinsville, Virginia on Sunday. Hamlin ended a 19-race winless streak at his home-state track, fending off a furious challenge by Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Christopher Bell to win at Martinsville Speedway.
Chritopher Bell finished second by 4.617 seconds, and Bubba Wallace was third as Toyota drivers swept the top three spots. Chase Elliott and Kyle Larson rounded out the top five.

WINSTON-SALEM, NC – RIS – Chase Elliott cruised to a victory in the exhibition NASCAR Clash on Saturday night at Bowman Gray Stadium, the quarter-mile football stadium that is rich in NASCAR history. Elliott won the pole and led the first 96 laps of the NASCAR Clash; however, Denny Hamlin and Tyler Reddick passed him before the competition caution. Then, a slew of cautions occurred in the last 100 laps, giving Elliott the lead once again. However, could he hold on this time?

AVONDALE, AZ – RIS – Jutin Allgaier wins the 2024 Xfinity Championship after a wild overtime finish. Allgaier finished in second place in Saturday's NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway. Riley Herbst won the race in overtime after leading 116 of the 213 laps.
"I don't even know how to explain it," Allgaier said.

AVONDALE, AZ – RIS - Ty Majeski held off Grant Enfinger, Corey Heim and Christian Eckes to win his first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Championship Friday night at Phoenix Raceway. The championship run comes in Majeski’s second appearance in the final four drivers.
Majeski led the entire final stage and stayed out as the other three Championship 4 drivers made adjustments to no avail. The No. 98 ThorSport Racing Ford was in front most of the race.

LAS VEGAS, NV – RIS – Just on week ago, Joey Logano was eliminated from the NASCAR Cup championship race. Then, Alex Bowan , the driver that led to Logano not making the next round, was disqualified in after race tech, and Logano was in. Today, Logano persevered to the Championship Four with a win at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Logano passed Daniel Suarez with five laps to go and held on to win the South Point 400 NASCAR Cup Series playoff race Sunday at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

HOMESTEAD, FL – RIS – Tyler Reddick passed Ryan Blaney on the last lap to win the NASCAR Cup race at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Sunday. Reddick went high and overtook Ryan Blaney on the final turn to win and secure a spot in NASCAR’s winner-take-all finale in Arizona in two weeks. Reddick led 98 of the 267 laps, the last of them the one that mattered most.
Reddick loves the Homestead track, and his favorite part of the place is turns 3 and 4 — the last two turns.

CONCORD, NC - RIS - Sunday’s surprising news that Alex Bowman’s No. 48 Chevrolet had been DQ’d after the Cup Race on Sunday. The cost was dear for driver Alex Bowman and Hendrick Motorsports. The team thought that all four Hendrick cars had qualified for the next round of the playoffs, but the disqualification now pushes Joey Logano into the final round of the playoffs.
Logano, who had lamented not making the playoofs had this to say:
“NASCAR, man. Expect the unexpected,” Logano said Tuesday.
