    We will continue to see some scattered showers and thunderstorms as the rule across our area over the next several days. We will see some isolated areas of heavy rainfall at times. We will see some isolated hefty thunderstorms at times. All of this will be due to some lingering low pressure in our area, along with some weak fronts moving through our area. We will see most of our high temperatures stay in the unseasonably warm 70s and 80s with some 90s in the mix at times.

    We saw variable cloudiness as the rule across our area on our Easter Sunday, we also did see some isolated showers. All of the severe weather, as expected stayed well to the west of our area. We saw most of the high temperatures across our area reach well into the 80s. We saw most of the heat index values across our area top off well into the 80s to lower 90s. All of this weather was due to our area being well to the east of a major frontal system.

    On our Good Friday we saw some variably cloudy to mostly sunny skies as the rule. Most of our high temperatures were a bit above the normal for this time of year. On the average most of the highs in our area topped off in the middle 80s. While the heat index topped off in the middle 80s to lower 90s across the area. We continued to see the dominance of high pressure. We will continue to see the dominance of high pressure in our area for our Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday.

    Here is a look at the severe weather potential for our Sunday evening and Monday morning:We saw temperatures just a bit warmer than yesterday and some humidity values that have increased since yesterday. We saw most of the high temperatures reach into the lower to middle 80s. We saw the heat index values top off in the middle 80s. High pressure has continued to dominate our weather forecast. We will see another very warm day in store for our Friday.
