Bits and pieces of low pressure and a front or two over the next several days will still influence our weather forecast. However, at times brief visits from high pressure will give our area a lull from all of the showers and thunderstorms that will be generally scattered due to the low pressure and fronts. A few of the thunderstorms may be on the heavy and hefty side at times on our Thursday. Download WTVA's news, weather and TV apps to receive alerts, watch LIVE newscasts and more.

We will continue to linger some off and on scattered showers and thunderstorms in our weather forecast over the next several days. Albeit, the best bet for some stronger thunderstorms will be just to the south of our area. However, a few isolated stronger thunderstorms may work their way northward into our area over the next several days. Otherwise we will see variable cloudiness as the rule.

We will still see some good chances for some showers and thunderstorms over the next few days. Some of the activity will be on the heavy and hefty side. Albeit, the farther south you are the better your chances of seeing and isolated or scattered thunderstorms or two that may be on the hefty side at times. Otherwise, we will see variably cloudy skies as the rule. All of this being due to some weak fronts and some bits and pieces of low pressure lingering in our area.

We will see some scattered showers and thunderstorms linger in our weather forecast for the next several days. Some of the rainfall will be on the heavy side at times and some of the thunderstorms will be on the hefty side at times. Our main severe weather events will be in the form of some strong and gusty winds, along with some large hail. However, some isolated tornadoes cannot be ruled out of the question with some of the stronger thunderstorms.

We will continue to see some isolated showers and thunderstorms overnight, through Friday and into our Friday night. There is just enough of a kick out there due to some small bits and pieces of low pressure moving through our area. Otherwise we will see variably cloudy to mostly clear skies as the rule. We will see stronger showers and thunderstorms move into our area for this weekend and into early portions of next week.
