How long is it since each English club won a major trophy? There were 44 clubs in the 2023/24 Premier League and Championship. Down below is how many days it has been (counting back from today – Tuesday 3 June 2025), since each club won their last major trophy. What can you say? The numbers speak for themselves. Just how embarrassing must it be for the fans of so many of these clubs.

Newcastle United fans talking about this summer’s transfer market. Nowt wrong with that, it is what all supporters of all football clubs do. However, I have noticed a seemingly ever growing minority of Newcastle United fans who need to have a word with themselves. The thing I am referring to is those NUFC fans who react in such a negative over the top way to transfers that don’t happen, especially when players are signing for other Premier League clubs.

By John Martin Midwest City Beacon Deraya Collier of Del City won the 300-meter hurdles in a time of 45.07 to claim the gold medal at the OSSAA Class 5A State Track and Field Championships at Western Heights on Saturday. “This feels so great and it’s such a relief,” Collier said. “I wanted to win this so bad.” Collier made steady progress throughout her high school career. She qualified for state as a freshman, reached the finals as a sophomore and was runner-up last year.

The Champions League battle is racing to its conclusion. Manchester City, Nottingham Forest, Aston Villa, Newcastle United and Chelsea, fighting it out. It feels like this Champions League qualifying race has been going on most of the season. Though in reality I am guessing it is ‘only’ months. The thing is though, the intensity of all it has been head spinning. So many twists and turns week after week AND still no conclusion to it.
