    Fire teams were on the scene of a structure fire early Thursday morning in Ohio. Officials say there were on the scene of a fire that broke out in Mingo Junction on Commercial street across from the Senior Activity Center. The call came into officials saying people were trapped inside a house fire. On arrival, fire crews say that a man was hanging out a window and crews were able to rescue him by a ladder. Crews were able to manage the fire, but two buildings with a shared attic were a total loss.
