The Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA) Legislative Council voted to remove the “Residence Rule” from it’s bylaws on Tuesday. This comes as FOX17 News continues to follow changes voted on by the TSSAA Legislative Council and proposed by lawmakers at the state house. The change comes after a proposal from Christ Presbyterian Academy, according to the TSSAA.
