I have never shared this publicly, only with select friends and health care professionals. It is exceedingly personal and frankly awkward. But I know others have the same challenge. For them I share my story. I was born in the wrong body. I identify differently from what my body outwardly expresses. The world wrongly sees me as folliclely challenged. I’ll use the modern vulgarism; hateful people call me, “bald.”I didn’t ask to be this way. God put me in the wrong body.

We don’t feel safe on our own city streets. Young people can’t buy their own homes. Affordable and reliable energy is no more.

The Colorado Supreme Court is allowing my hometown of Boulder to sue oil-and-gas companies over their culpability in climate change. It’s about time. I wish Boulder nothing but success. It is my hope Boulder takes these energy corporations to task and forces them to dramatically cut the emissions being flung into our air, choking our mother planet to death. And there’s only one real way for those corporations to do it. They must produce a whole lot more natural gas. And fast.

While stuck in the parking lot that is 270 I looked up to see the rusted out bridge above is held together by wood toothpicks. Colorado’s 3rd-world roads thanks to transportation money stolen for unused mass transit. #copolitics. https://t.co/nJQYQozUnE
