Photo: Getty ImagesPresident Donald Trump's approval rating increased by double-digits within the past two weeks, according to the conservative-leaning Rasmussen Reports index history. Trump's approval index broke even at zero on Monday (May 12) after dropping to as low as -11 on April 25. The approval index did drop to -3 on Tuesday (May 13), however, Trump's total approval increased to 52%, which was his highest rating since March.
