    Members of Columbia's homeless population filed into First Presbyterian Church on Saturday morning to be fitted for new boots, receive warm winter wear and have their feet examined and cared for by a team of volunteer nurses. "Getting them clean socks and boots that fit are really important," said Catherine Armbrust, the director of CoMo Mobile Aid Collective. "These folks that we're working with literally walk miles and miles and miles every day, and their shoes wear down very quickly."

    The student group Mizzou Students for Justice in Palestine posted a list of demands of MU President Mun Choi and other MU administrators Friday, outlining the organization's frustrations stemming from Choi's decision to bar MSJP from participating in this year's MU Homecoming parade. The demands come a day after the University of Missouri Faculty Council approved a resolution seeking student input on a defined set of rules for which groups are allowed to participate in the school's Parade.
