We all saw the spectacle of South African “President” Cyril Ramaphosa in the Oval Office today, denying that White [Afrikaner] farmers are being murdered in his country. Not only is it true that they are being murdered, but the names of those murdered are well known, and there are at least two monuments memorializing those who have been killed. In fact, you can read their names here on the Hennenman Farmers’ Union (HFU) Wall of Remembrance website. Here’s the list.

In January 2024, if Georgia Bell wanted to run in an indoor meet, she had to go to the World Athletics website, look up the meet director’s email address, and beg. Bell and her coaches, Trevor Painter and Jenny Meadows, would have to explain why a 30-year-old with a 4:06 personal best at 1500 meters and no accomplishments to speak of at the senior level deserved a spot on the start line. In January 2025, meet directors are the ones begging Bell to run in their races.

by Jonathan Gault, American Thinker:To believe in the climate change hoax, you must believe 5 (palpably untrue) things:CO2 is the “control knob” for the climate. This has been proven to be ridiculous. CO2 makes up only about 0.04% of the atmosphere, while 96–99% of the atmosphere is oxygen and nitrogen. Water vapor, a much larger determinant of temperature, varies from 1-4%. But what determines temperature more than anything else? Changes in the Earth’s solar orbit (obviously). NASA has admitted this.

In recent days, there has been an excited buzz amongst distance aficionados about the rumor that two-time Olympic champion Jakob Ingebrigtsen will be making his much anticipated half-marathon debut on Sunday at the Copenhagen Half Marathon, where he’d join a loaded field that already includes half marathon world record holder Jacob Kiplimo of Uganda and reigning world half marathon champion Sabastian Sawe of Kenya.

Also: I love that we are getting a major pro meet at Franklin Field. It is one of the country's most storied venues in a major American city. Crowd turnout is TBD. But I love that GST is giving it a shot.

Preview of this weekend's Grand Slam Track Philadelphia. The 800/1500 should be must-watch once again with the addition of some top American stars. I'm also told Nico Young is very fit right now. Big test for him in the 3k vs. Grant Fisher. https://t.co/hyMSnJPogq
