The Texas Water Company will be submitting its triennial Water Availability Report to the Comal County Commissioners Court in 2025. In reading the 2022 report and appendices, I concluded it did not take into account drought conditions, the impact drought has on water availability and a growing county population. These are critical aspects that need to be taken into consideration for the 2025 report.
