4.3. Shear Wave Velocity Change during DryingAfter saturating the specimen mixed with sand and silt, shear wave signals were measured at a constant temperature (70 °C) during the drying process. Figure 7 shows the shear wave signal obtained when the degree of saturation changed from 100% to 0%. The results indicate that the shear wave signal change pattern was divided into three stages.

Abstract:The Wnt signaling pathway plays a critical role in regulating normal cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of Wnt signaling has been implicated in various human diseases, including cancer. β-catenin and LEF1 are key mediators of Wnt signaling, and their dysregulation is a hallmark of many cancer types.
