    NASA’s Artemis program aims to establish a sustainable human presence near the Moon's south pole. It began with Artemis I, an uncrewed test flight in 2022. The Artemis II is expected to launch in September 2025. This crewed mission will orbit the Moon to test the spacecraft's capabilities. If all goes well, Artemis III, set for 2026, will land the first humans on the Moon since the 1970s. In past missions, astronauts briefly set foot on the lunar surface before returning home.

The exterior is wrapped in a massive 580,000 sq. foot (53,900 sq. m) LED screen. It is visible for miles in the Nevada desert.

    An 8-year-old has become the youngest player ever to defeat a grandmaster (GM) in classical chess. For those unfamiliar with the term, GM is the highest title a chess player can attain. Ashwath Kaushik achieved the incredible feat on February 18, 2024, after beating 37-year-old Jacek Stopa in round four of an international chess competition in Switzerland. Kaushik went on to finish in 12th place, but his victory over Stopa was the talk of the tournament.
