The U17 and U16 girls of Rocky Mountain Volleyball Club’s (RMVC) brought home a pair of silver medals, respectively, at Volleyball Canada Youth Nationals from May 19-21 at the Edmonton Expo Centre, highlighting the growth of the sport in the valley with the club's second and third national medals. Over three days, the local teams went through an eight-team gauntlet in order to advance to the finals of their tiers.

    MUSKEGON, Mi. – Make that back-to-back Clark Cup championships for Finn McLaughlin. The 19-year-old defenceman from Canmore was jumping with glee after he assisted on the trophy-winning goal to cement the Muskegon Lumberjacks in the United States Hockey League (USHL) history books. “Not many people get to win this thing, let alone do it back-to-back, so I’m incredibly honoured,” said McLaughlin.
