    In a bid to quell the chaos around Vancouver’s busy cruise ship port, the City of Vancouver is testing one-way vehicle traffic outside Canada Place. The pilot project will have all motor vehicles circulating in one direction on Canada Place between Howe and Burrard streets from mid-April until December. It’s timed to begin before the peak spring-summer cruise season, which brings about 1.2 million passengers aboard more than 300 ships to the terminal on Burrard Inlet in downtown Vancouver.
