Two teens were killed in what appear to be unrelated shootings Sunday, according to Oklahoma City police. Just after 3 a.m., officers responded to a shooting in an apartment complex in the 7200 block of NW 122. While officers were on the scene, police dispatch received a call that a shooting victim, identified as Kayden Haywood, 16, had arrived at Love Family Women’s Center on the campus of Mercy Hospital. Haywood was pronounced dead at the center. Police said it is unclear what led to the shooting.

A woman died Tuesday after two weeks of being on a hospital ventilator after she was allegedly strangled by her boyfriend. Oklahoma City police said Alisha Spencer, 38, was pronounced dead at 9:46 a.m. at an area hospital. Oklahoma City police have responded to two homicides this week. Just before 11 p.m. on Tuesday, police responded to a shooting call in the 1700 block of Homa Avenue. Officers found Henry Solomon Jr., 36, critically wounded. Solomon was transported to OU Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Investigators learned Solomon and a 41-year-old shooting suspect both lived at the same house. The two became involved in an altercation when the suspect shot and killed Solomon, police said.
