So Trump managed to make all his diehards look like total fucking clowns over the tariff nonsense. And that's the one good thing he's done all year.

So Trump had an admittedly absurd policy which required holding to his tariffs for years to make any sense. And he caved after a week and is now a global laughinstock while also almost certainly forcing the US into a recession after Biden left him a goldilocks economy.
