A man is facing several charges after fleeing from police and causing a fiery crash south of Newark early Tuesday, authorities said. The incident began shortly after 1 a.m. when an officer on patrol spotted a driver who appeared to be unresponsive in a Subaru Outback stopped at the intersection of Old Baltimore Pike and Del. 72, according to Master Cpl. Richard Chambers, a spokesman for the New Castle County Police Department.
Troncoso elected to Christina School District board

Christina School District residents on Tuesday chose lawyer Shannon Troncoso to serve on the school board.
