A former Yale student who was recently released from a federal immigration facility after being tased and arrested in a Hartford courthouse has given a harrowing account of his weeks-long detention in an interview with CT Insider. "I felt like I was on a conveyor belt to my death," said Saifullah J. Khan, 32, an Afghan citizen who came to the United States to study in 2011. Despite his release, Khan still gravely fears deportation. "I will be killed in Afghanistan," he said.
