The elephant in the room is the fact that Taco Stand on East Broad Street was everyone's go-to for 27 years, and its closure in 2019 left a void that went six years without being filled. You don't have to travel to the other side of the world and climb a mountain to eat pizza cooked over a volcano to have a food adventure. For some, just allowing stuff on their plate to brush against other stuff on their plate is considered risky.
