The Cannon County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident, which happened April 13 at a rural property in the county. Tasha Locks and her daughter, Aspen, were going through their usual morning routine when the tragedy happened. Tasha had just let her dogs out when she suddenly heard one of them screeching.
