COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WRIC) — A man has been given a double life sentence in Colonial Heights after raping his underage step-daughter repeatedly, resulting in the birth of a child. Bobby Gerard Clary was convicted and sentenced on two charges of rape by force, threat or intimidation, according to an April 29 press release from the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Colonial Heights.
