(SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY) — 78-year-old Arthur Mozeik, affectionately known as 'Uncle Artie,' has been playing the accordion all his life. These days his melodic music can be heard locally at Panza's Restaurant on Broadway in Saratoga Springs. "I always love to play the accordion, it's such a sweet instrument." He says. "When you hear those Italian tunes you just want to cry."When the Vietnam War started he joined the Navy Band, an endeavor that took him all over the world.

(NORTH HOOSICK, NY) In the Capital Region, we're lucky to have many 'reel' pieces of Americana to enjoy during the summer season. It's a little known fact that New York has the most drive-in movie theaters in the entire United States. Hathaway's Twin Drive-in Theater in North Hoosick is actually the oldest continuously operation one in the state. Since 1948, it's never missed a season. "I see myself as a steward." Says current owner, Duane Greenawalt.

Saratoga Springs, NY (WRGB) — Paul Matolsy has been playing the guitar for 60 years. Even with arthritis that leaves him with little feeling in his hands, you'd never know as you hear him play. Paul has been with the Shelters of Saratoga since January looking for an apartment. In his downtime, he plays guitar for other guests and staff in the common room. A relaxing, therapeutic experience for those going through trying times. "Everyone seems to enjoy it." Matolsy says.

(SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY) — You've heard the saying, 'one idea can change the world,' right? Well, it's certainly ringing true in Saratoga Springs as the once idea of new bike park is coming to fruition. Shovels went into soil this week at the groundbreaking of the park, a dream realized for the Saratoga Shredders, a girls youth mountain biking group that first pitched the project to the city in early 2022. "We always wanted a bike park." Says Anna-Sophie Laloe, a Saratoga Shredder.
