The Times Higher Education Rankings has recognised 10 UNSW Sydney subjects among the top 100 in the world. UNSW Law & Justice ranked 35th globally, while UNSW Engineering secured the 51st position, standing out as the number one engineering program in Australia. Ten disciplines at UNSW Sydney have been ranked in the global top 100 in the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings by Subject. The leading discipline was UNSW Law & Justice, distinguished by its global ranking of 35th.
